    Vodafone user is not working then they would have to call Vodafone Customer Service official with other networks sim card, in this case, the user can dial 1300 650 410. Moreover, if the user is not in Australia and then they face any kind of issue with the network then they must dial Vodafone contact number +61 414 14 14 14 while they are in roaming.

    Im am one pissed off Vodafone customer ‘i am being billed for a $40 phone call that i did not make ‘i spoke to a Vodafone supervisor who i could not understand at all ‘and he was absolutely no help what so ever’and to top it all off Vodafone was supposed to call me back the next day to help sort out this billing issue ‘to which they did not’so next time my contract comes up for renewal im out’i may aswell go back to telstra and be ripped off by the best in the business

    Went into your Campbelltown store today to buy my grand daughter a prepaid mobil phone.. There was a young girl standing behind the counter . I very nicely asked where I could find the different mobils and I needed it for my teenage grand daughter. She unfoldered her arms and point you just walked past them that’s it.. okay well what’s the diffences in the mobils.. I do not know price I guess. She had no interest in serving us.. all I can say my hubby and myself have been with your company for many years with … this was really rude.. I was disturbing her it was 10.15 am 26/6/2017. I do not wish to go back but I wish to buy her a phone and I really thought going to your store was the best advise what we would need for a teenager.. not so .
