TPG has market-leading unlimited ADSL2+, NBN, Ethernet and Fibre Optic Internet, mobile and phone services offerings for the personal and small office market.  TPG is a multi-awarded company, winning the CANSTAR Blue Most Satisfied Customers Award in 2016 and 2013.

TPG is considered the second largest fixed-line Internet provider in Australia. TPG and its subsidiary iiNet have between them around 1.91 million subscribers for broadband as of January 2017.  At the beginning of the year, the company reported a profit of 11%, largely due to new subscribers of TPG NBN and the growth of iiNet.

TPG has a Personal and Small Office Division, which provides unlimited ADSL2+, NBN, Ethernet and Fibre Optic Internet, Mobile, and Phone services.  TPG Business, Enterprise, and Government provide network services for government bodies in Australia and blue chip companies.  Its other subsidiaries iinet is a provider of ADSL2+, NBN and other communication services for premium personal and business clients.  Its other subsidiary, AAPT is a wholesale carrier of communications services.

TPG has end-to-end network infrastructure.  This includes 400 DSLAM enabled telephone exchanges across Australia. The TPG network included PPC-1 cable for international fibre, local fibre in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, 65 call collection areas for voice interconnects, and a point of presence in more than 400 locations. They own and operate their very own submarine cable system, which is an information highway between Australia and the rest of the world, particularly Asia and the Americas.
