    three days ago i switched from Vodafone to iinet as i got a better deal than with vodafone what a bloody big mistake i have made i rang three people at iinet and all gave me different reasons as to why my phone is not connecting it has been okay since the 7th march so what has gone wrong?? if my phone is not connected by noon tomorrow i shall be looking for a new provider i am 73 years old and disabled now i have used all my money up on my other phone somebody should take responsability for this it is shameful what the system is doing to us older people.

    Shocking and shameless , no internet at all or on and off 100 times a day for long time, phoncalls to IInet improves nothing, they simply don’t care. No internet but charges debits my account every month regardless. All calls directed overseas no dissent contact to office in Australia. What’s bloody hell is going on?
